Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days and are sent using one of the following services:


Standard delivery - 2-4 business days after dispatch

Next day delivery - 1 business day after dispatch

We also offer free delivery on all orders over £50. This will be automatically applied at check out.

We use either Royal Mail or Hermes depending on the items ordered.


  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, speak to our customer services team and we will reimburse you for postage costs as part of the returns process. Refunds and postage cost reimbusement will be processed once we recieve the returns product, or see proof of postage.
  • If you decide you don't want your item, please contact customer services and as long as the item is unused, in it's original packaging and the purchase is within 30 days, we will happily arrange a return. In this instance, postage costs will not be reimbursed and are the buyers responsability.
  • If you would like to return something to us then in the first instance please email customerservice@impolitedesign.co.uk with your order number, the nature of your problem and any supporting photos.


I think my order has been lost in the post

If 10 working days have elapsed since your order was despatched and your order hasn't arrived, and your tracking number hasn't updated with any relevant information then please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
